God Has a Plan for You, But it May Not Be What You Think.

When people talk about God’s plan for their life, they are almost always talking about whether or not to marry a particular person, pursue an education, live in one city or another, become a musician or join a non-profit charitable organization. Most all of us are completely preoccupied with life on this earth and what we want to do with it.
In the Bible, every person God had a specific plan for was chosen to be a prophet, king, apostle – some kind of spiritual leader: Moses, David, John the Baptist, Saul (Paul). There are many such examples in the Bible, but considering the number in view of human history and vast populations, not so many! All such people for whom God had a specific plan were used by God to accomplish some part of His one great plan devised for the welfare of the whole world.
You need to read the Bible and see God’s plan for you. It is the same plan He has for me and everybody! God’s wants all people to turn to Him, walk in His ways and enjoy His blessing and fellowship. Again, you need to read the Bible and see His plan. Do not imagine what His plan is for you. Let God explain His plan in His word.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as he chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved” (Ephesians 1:3-6).  God’s Plan for You!
