How Old is the Old Testament?

Let me answer this way:  The New Testament is as old or older now than the Old Testament was when the New came along.  The Old Testament did not need to be replaced because it got too old.  It got old because God had a replacement!  “In that He says, ‘A new covenant,’ He has made the first obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away” (Hebrews 8:13).  God’s word is eternal. It does not get old until He makes it old by establishing something new.  Search the New Testament.  You will find it to be the final Testament of God with humanity.
